Manufacturing Facilities

SOLA Sunlens offers centralized manufacturing of premium lenses and performance coatings. This provides the ability to efficiently customize lenses quickly and respond to customers in a timely manner.

Hard Resin - SOLA's expansion in 1997 of the Brazil hard resin plano manufacturing facility, made it the largest and most advanced hard resin sunlens facility in the world.

Polycarbonate - SOLA Sunlens began production of polycarbonate plano lenses in Varese, Italy in November 1996. SOLA offers a complete range of geometries including eight- and nine- base decentered lenses that improve optics for the high-performance, wrap sunglass market.
